Exorbitant is the 8th tier of challenges in Universe 2, and while some of the challenges are pretty tricky, there's no ridiculous ones such as getting all goods or clearing with 0 points.

1: Handle your Business (Expert) Measures 39-48
To Clear: Don't hit any quarter note arrows. The Dance Gauge will not replenish during play.
Mods: 0.5x speed, Flat, Left, Dance gauge begins near empty.

This was the hardest one in the tier for me, training mode is your friend here as I spent a lot of time learning which notes were 8ths/16ths. You can afford to miss 8 notes without depleting your gauge so if you have some spare towards the end you can play it safe and miss some notes.

The hardest part is the first half, where there is small groups of 8ths and 16ths in a row, and on flat it can be very hard to read. Training mode is the best place to practice this one, so you can memorize the positions of the 8ths/16ths.

2: Yoru Funk (Expert) Measures 27-37
To Clear: Step on all arrows with perfect timing.
Mods: 5x speed, reverse, song is slowed. (75% of normal speed?)

Play around with the timing in the options to make sure the song is dead on when you attempt this one. Also training mode is great practicing using 5x and reverse. There are lots of 16ths in this section, and the section after the long hold can screw you up if you don't the timing. That being said, this is one of the easier challenges in the tier.

3: Orange Sky (Oni) Measures 17-25
To Clear: 95% Perfect and full combo the section (2 greats or better FC)
Mods: 2x, boost, reverse, sudden.

This is a short challenge, but having no more than 2 greats is very tough when you don't know what to expect. Most of the section is gallops with a couple of jumps thrown in. Once again, training mode is the best place to practice this, learning the rhythm and mods is key to this one.

4: NEMESIS (Difficult) Measures 9-33
To Clear: Full combo the section.
Mods: 0.5x speed, phantom arrows, dark.

This section is fairly long, but consists mainly of 4ths and 8ths. Dark may be a problem but phantom and 0.5x shouldn't cause you too much trouble as there is not a massive amount of arrows all at once. If you are struggling, training mode is the place to go.

5: Contra -Medley Mix- (Expert) Measures 1-24
To Clear: Don't hit any 16th notes.
Mods: 1.5x speed, flat

Flat is the main problem with this one, but most of the notes in this are 4ths of 8ths. I recommend tapping along with the rhythm so you know where the 4th notes are, and can avoid the 16ths. There are several spots where the are 4ths and 16ths are close together, so watch out on those. You can avoid to miss a few notes in this one. Once you get to the ending, you don't have to worry about any 16ths.

6: Makes me Cry -Drew Campbell Remix- (Expert) Entire chart
To Clear: Don't hit any 4th notes
Mods: Flat

One of the tougher ones in this tier, although there are several things you can do to make this easier. Tapping along with the beat makes it easier to know which notes are 4ths to avoid them. Most of the 8th notes come in triplets, and there are also some 16ths thrown in in the middle for good measure. You have to hit most of the non 4th notes or you will fail. you'll only end up hitting about 40-50 notes in the chart during the course of this challenge.

To see all of these challenges in action, someone called VesperArcade filmed himself playing through all of the challenges, so you can get a better idea of what to expect:
