To fully unlock the Evolution Championship you must first complete the Driver's Cup Championship - Solution for Driver’s Cup Champion in Forza Motorsport 7.

The Evolution Championship is the third of six Championships, and is made up of 13 Series worth up to 2,000 points each, and 5 Showcases worth 400 points each. You need 22,000 points out of 28,000 to fully complete the Evolution Championship, and you must also finish every Series and Showcase to get this achievement.

The amount of points you get for finishing a Series is based on your finishing position in each race. The Assists you use make no difference to the Series points, driver experience or credits earned. The Drivatar difficulty does effect the credits earned.

You will need a vehicle from the correct Division to take part in each Series. These are the Divisions for the Evolution Championship:
- Early Prototype Racers
- Early Sport Luxury
- Formula Ford Spec
- Forza Rally Group
- Hot Hatch Genesis
- Hot Hatch Icons
- Nostalgic Drag Racers
- Radical RXC Spec
- Sport Coupe
- The Birth of Grand Prix
- Evolution Open (any Division)
- Evolution Open Elite (any Division)

The vehicle required for a Showcase is provided, and then is added to your car collection upon successful completion of the Showcase. These are the vehicles you can earn:
- 2016 Ford #66 Ford Racing GT Le Mans - Forza GT
- 1998 Porsche 911 GT1 Strassenversion - Elite Factory Racers
- 2014 Mazda #70 SpeedSource Lola B12/80 - Forza P2
- 1975 Ford Bronco - Vintage Off-Roaders
- 2010 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor - Forza Specials

* Series and Showcases shown in bold are only unlocked after completing the Driver's Cup Championship

Since there is an achievement for collecting 700 cars, the more credits (CR) you can earn in each race the better. You can earn more credits by:
Buying Forza Motorsport 7 VIP for $20 => +100% CR every race
Using in-game credits to buy Mod packs and using up to 3 Mods => up to +100% CR per mod
Using a Forza Edition car => up to +100% CR depending on car and track
Changing the Drivatar difficulty => you get +40% CR for Highly Skilled and it is still fairly easy to win each race

So pick a Forza Edition car if you have one for that Division. For the "Evolution Open" and "Evolution Elite Open" you can use your best Forza Edition car.
