Before I start with the solution, I want to note that this will include spoilers from the last mission of the Awakening the Nightmare DLC.

The mission I did this on was Manifestation (the last mission). The par time of this mission is 30 minutes, which is easily doable. The way this achievement works is that you can turn on all the skulls you want if at least 1 of them is a skull that increases your score. I chose the Nightmare skull since it doesn't really do much except unable you to save your game. To make this achievement a lot more easy, you can also use skulls that make the game easier like Pain train (faster unit building times), Bountiful Harvest (more resources) and Emperor (faster leader powers).

Once the mission starts, you will be attacked by the flood. Don't worry about this because the army you already have is more than capable of dealing with all the flood attacking your base. What you want to do is build 3 harvesters and 2 power extractors and upgrade these. Get your bases to level 2 a quickly as possible and build an apex and a war council. By this time the flood will probably not even attack your base anymore (after a few waves they just don't care anymore and you have all the time to build your army).

The army you want to build consists of 5 engineers and the rest will be all Banshees. You can mass produce Banshees thanks to the Pain train skull (it takes like 2 seconds to build a Banshee without the logistics upgrade). Get your base to level 3 and get all the upgrades for air and the Banshees. You should have your army ready at about 11 minutes.

Send the Banshees up north to trigger a cutscene of the Gravemind tentacle and proceed to the first Mega turret base site. The Banshees will take down the flood without much effort. At the base site you will find a flood base, destroy it and build the minibase. Now move your army towards the west (where the huge tentacle is). The Mega turret will take care of the tentacle and allow you to find the proto Gravemind itself. To kill this thing, you will have to destroy the 4 carapaces. Once you destroyed the first carapace, you can attack the "mouth" (or whatever you want to call it).

Your next objective will be to get 3 more Mega turrets up and running. The first one will be to the South of the Gravemind. Fly over there, destroy the base, build your minibase, fight off the small counter attack and build some turrets. Now fly back to the Gravemind and do what you did before. The next Mega turret site will be in the West. Do the same this as with the other bases. This bases is the only minibase that will get attacked regularly by the flying floods. I would leave a few Banshees and 1 engineer here just in case. At the same time your main base will be attacked. The 2 heros should be ably to deal with this when there are fully upgraded turrets and a shield to help them. I would recommend to keep an eye on them just in case. The last base will be North-East ish from the Gravemind. You know the drill by now.

After destroying the 4th carapace, you will need even more firepower. In the South-West a forerunner building is located. got there and get yourself a Retriever Sentinel. Use the Y ability of the Sentinel on the Gravemind to get it to rise again and blow it to pieces.

This should take about 26 ish minutes in total, so you have some time to spare.

One final note about attacking the Gravemind. Banshees don't seem to like to attack the Gravemind due to all the other crap walking around. Your best bet is to just spam the X button on the Gravemind so they will actually attack it.
