In order to get this achievement, you must do at least four main story quests first. The reason is that you are not even allowed inside without a certain set of armor given by the quest giver. As for the location, it will be on your map when the quest is given.

The first quest is called "Arousing Suspicion", after you complete "Come to Court", exit the castle, you will have a short cutscene where you notice Duchess Aelinore in the garden, after you speak with her, reenter the castle and you should see Mirabelle to the right of the door to the Duke's Court. She will then give you the quest. At the end of the quest MAKE SURE YOU SAVE Aelinore!!!!!

Keep doing quests until you get the main story quests, "Honor and Treachery & Reward and Responsibility" The quest becomes available after speaking with the Duke and accepting the quest Deny Salvation.

Long story short, after the Duke takes you to the treasury, a guard will come and tell the Duke some news, after you leave the castle, you will see Mirabelle just to your right, talk with her to get the last mission, Duchess in Distress.

Just head to the Blighted Manse, change into the "Guard's Uniform", and once you enter the "Castle", the cheevo will pop!!
