This will definitely come down to preference, but the further to the left you can do makes it likely easier. Therefore, I'd suggest Episode E-00. These five levels can be pretty easy to work through.

Level 1

Level 1 should be very straight forward. You can take this very slowly. I found that for just not dying, I took my time going from left to right and wouldn't activate any mines. When dropping down to get the door opened, I would fall close to the ground and then jump over to flip the switch.

After that, I was able to run and jump fairly quickly to finish the level. At that point, I activated any mine along the way without worry.

Level 2

Level 2 is going to be a test in jumping mechanics. The coins along the route act as a sort of guide for you. When you jump down, you'll realistically be hitting the corner of the 3 coin set and then fall straight down from that point onto the next safe spot.

When have to jump up and over a corner, consider building momentum on the down slope before the up slope jump. You likely won't be able to begin a run from a standstill on the up slope.

Other than a couple tricky jumps, this level isn't too difficult to learn.

Level 3

Level 3 is probably the 2nd hardest in this set to get right consistently. There is a lot of extra stuff going on in this level that you can skip, but it can be busy. Here's the general idea I took here and seemed the most consistent:

1) Jump over the blocked off laser turret onto the platform next to the large chamber.
2) Jump to the wall in the large chamber and activate the switch. Jump back onto the platform.
3) Jump over the now un-blocked turret
4) Jump down the unlocked hole where there is a turret at the bottom. You can actually jump from the top to the bottom and land safely. Trying to take this descent slowly I found made getting shot by the turret more likely.
5) Jump over the pit to grind on the far wall. Do not land on the switch. There are two mines on either side waiting to be activated.
6) Run and activate the switch and jump the gap. Head up the hole and land on either left or right platform. Doesn't matter.
7) Head to the large chamber on the left. I take a slightly risky approach with the turret in this room, but it works for me. I jumped up the wall on the left and then over to the right. I couldn't gain enough height to clearly get on the right platform, but I was able to with another small jump. I would then hit the switch for the exit. In this time, the turret was close to locking on. I would then jump and hold cn_A (doing a bit more of a hang to the jump arc). In this time, the turret would shoot below me and then I could fall to the wall on the left that I had used to climb previously.
8) Head back across the holes over the two turrets.
9) Jump into the large room on the right and move quickly for the door. It should be easy to get in the door before the turret gets a chance to lock on.

Level 4

Level 4 is fairly straightforward. It will take a little work to get a path, but once you have it, the jumps are consistent to execute. The idea is that each platform has a mine on waiting to be activated. As a result, you can only really use each platform once safely.

From the start, I'd recommend either going to the highest platform or the one that is almost directly below it. The closest one to you from the start will actually be the final platform as it is the easiest to jump to and from when reaching the door.

From there, continue your loop around the upper half of the room to get to the door switch.

After activating the switch, return along the bottom of the room to the door. The platform we skipped will be where you jump from to get into the door.

NOTE: If you decide hit that platform earlier, you could use a wall jump off it to get there. I just found the above method less risky.

Level 5

Level 5 is probably the hardest of the set. It takes time to get used to the mimic enemies here.

You'll be making 5 passes of the chamber. We're aiming to make the last one as easy as possible. You'll have 3 mimics chasing you by the end.

Pass 1 - Avoid activating all mines. You don't have to go with any real speed here. Just nice and smooth. Activate the switch (and the mimic).
Pass 2 - For this pass, still avoid activating mines. The mimic only goes as fast as you did previously. A nice slow jumping rhythm works nicely here. When you reach the alcove for the switch, wait a second and then run into activate it. Do not activate the mimic on the gold coin. It is not worth the hassle.
Pass 3 - When you exit the switch alcove, you'll jump over the mimic that followed you. On the return to the right side, continue the jumping pattern I detailed earlier. As always, don't activate the mines. When you hit the right side, repeat the run and jump over pattern for activating the switch. Do not collect the gold in this alcove either.
Pass 4 - When exiting this switch, you'll want to jump over the 1st mimic and then run under the second during one its jumps. Use the same jump strategy we've been using to return to the door switch. When you get there, jump up to the platform and run to the door switch. Now the final (and most difficult path begins).
Pass 5 - For Pass 5, you have 3 mimics behind you. For Mimic 1, you just jump over him since he will be running behind you. For Mimic 2, I usually went under his jump. Mimic 3 will take some getting used to, but you'll either need to go under or over him soon after Mimic 2. I lost a few runs to this one when going for the achievement. After passing Mimic 3 though, the path is clear. Since you have no mines in the way, just run across and jump up to the door.
