Under the Co-op levels, there are 3 tabs - Intro, N++, and Legacy episodes. For this achievement, you need to complete a column under the N++ tab.

To do this, you will need a second person (as well as controller). You can do some episodes on your own or playing both of the controllers, but to complete a full column will likely require a second person with you.

Options:

1) You run through the level with Player 1 until you reach the end/need to take a mine. You then play through the level again with Player 2. This can be done solo. You might be a little strained for time, but nothing too crazy.

2) Run a level with only one player. Some levels actually can work this way. Not a full episode, but 1 or 2 within an episode usually have this possibility.

3) Two people playing. Unfortunately, there are multiple levels in every column where two people need to run concurrent missions. For example, Players 1 and 2 are on separate paths but each have obstacles/enemies trying to kill you throughout. This means you both need to be playing. Unless you are amazing at doing two different things at the same time, it will require a partner.

Note: Some people were able to completely do it all solo or playing both controllers. I personally needed the help of an actual co-op partner, but that's just me.

I personally had my brother assist. He is proficient at gaming (although had never really been a platform game player). He was able to learn and by giving him the simpler tasks usually (and sometimes having him keep time until we could switch controllers), we were able to get it done. It took a bit longer than what I had thought it would take (these co-op episodes are definitely a bit harder than the base solo ones), but we still completed it.
