  So to clarify how this achievement is done, I'll explain how I pulled it off.
  
  Setup a match between Lesnar and Tazawa, helps turn it into a squash match.
  
  Use the power bomb carry, which is RB+Up on the RS. Walk toward the bottom set of ropes and make sure your in the middle, otherwise you will pull off a turnbuckle slam. Hold RB and X when against the ropes. You will know the move is going to be pulled off when you see your character push further into the ropes.
  
  Again, this is the method I used, I'm sure others will be discovered.

  To do this achievement, try to use a superstar with a high overall (Braun Strowman) against a superstar with a low overall ( Curt Hawkins). Push up and press RB at the same time. While holding RB and at the same time, just move towards the middle of the top rope. Your opponent should go over the top rope, and the achievement should unlock.

  I have tried this with numerous wrestlers and no matter what do he ALWAYS slams him inside the ring. What should I do?

  Are u holding RB and X at the same time, and don’t release until u see him slam your opponent Whoever your using should start to go press themselves onto the ropes.

  Stand close to the ropes and pick up your opponent with RB + Up. Carry them to the ropes and hold RB and X to throw them over
