Hello. I’m not an expert at turn-based strategy and Dungeons and Dragons but I wanted to add my two cents to this. I was surprised no one posted anything regarding this achievement yet. I’m sure other people will come up with more detailed or easier strategies for this, but there’s a bit of planning involved in this. There are a lot of variables at play.
I didn’t want to beat the game and have there be no more enemies to fight or something dumb, so I saved my story and kept getting into battles to bang this one out. First you need the Time Fart Glitch (the first one) and a Damage over Time ability, or an ally with one. I personally used The Coon but Mosquito and SuperCraig also have these skills. Again, before i’m corrected by all the experts, i’m about mid-way through the story and my options were limited. Basically they’re bleeding, grossed out, infuriated/enraged, confused, etc. It’ll tell you in the description of the ability.
Unlike all the other experts, I’m not going to act like this is skill-based, it’s actually more luck-based, and if I can do it anyone can. I say luck-based due to how much health the enemy you designate has left, how powerful your DoT initial strike is, how powerful the DoT effect is, etc. Have one enemy in a group left and when they’re near death, hit them with the DoT skill and the enemy will take the initial hit but you need to glitch their turn when the DoT affects them, which happens at the end of the *next* enemy turn. As soon as it’s about to be the enemy’s next turn, use the glitch, if it works the enemy will just drop dead. If they’re still standing, the DoT wasn’t powerful enough or they had too much health, and the enemy is probably now down to about 3 health.
You can’t spam the Time Farts because of the cool down, and because of artifacts and leveling, it’s hard to gauge how powerful attacks will be. Just repeat as needed until it all lines up for you. It took me three tries, but you will get it. Game smart, not hard.
