  You will make good progress by completing the game, of course, but you will need to grind a bit after that.
  
  Go to the Deleted Scenes of Slayaway Camp 2: Return to Slayaway Camp, and select the third scene, Kill and Escape. It has four kills and is pretty quick to finish.
  
  Here is the solution: Up, Right, Down, Left, Up, Right, Down, Left, Up, Left.

  @MW Bulbassaur and anyone else that does not know. When you click on your xbox home button then go over to game stats you can see how many kills you have completed here ☺️ hope this helps

  In case it helps anyone. I cleared all of my save data from local and cloud. And played a fresh save on an Xbox S. I cleared Slayaway Camp 1 + 2 and then immediately went into the Deleted Scene and grinded kills. I didn't buy anything (other than the mandatory item) and never exited or checked Stats. Just played straight through until I got the achievement. Which was after ~600 kills (lol).

  I found this easiest to grind in the My Gory Valentine movie, Scene 12: Slickenside Security (2nd to last one) as you can pick up 11 kills each time (UPDATE: only 4 kills counts towards the achievement, thank you jojoborne for pointing that out). The solution is:
  
  Right, Left, Up, Right, Down, Down, Up, Left, Down, Down, Right, Right, Up, Up, Right, Up, Left, Down, Left, Down, Right, Right
  
  When you complete and move on to the next scene, pause and press up to jump to the bottom of the menu. Click Back to Video Store and repeat the process. Even though the solution has a lot of steps, it is easy to memorize it once you do it a couple of times.
  
  Kills from Faces of Killed 3 does not count towards this achievement. While the achievement itself does not track, you can go to the Official Club Page and go to Stats to see your kills (wish I knew this sooner). I checked my method this way and my kills only went up by 4.

  Just like to point out that this solution is not correct. I'm not going to leave a negative because it still works to some extent and Grossinator genuinely didn't realize the mistake.
  
  Anyway. On Slickenside Security, the level mentioned above, you DO NOT get 11 kills each time you complete it. You get 4. There are four civilians (victims) on the level and 7 police officers. The police kills do not count towards the 666 kills as they have to be victims as stated in the achievement title.
  
  I checked this by doing the level four times for 44 overall kills (including police) and my total went up by 16 (the 4x4 civilian victims). The police did not count.
  
  If you use this method you also have to back out of the game after each try, so the other solution by doing the Slayaway Camp 2 deleted scene works much better as you kill 4 victims the same as this solution, but then you don't have to back out each time, you can just carry on straight away. So you can basically do it three times a minute, whereas this solution probably takes over a minute by the time you have backed out and set up your next try.
  
  So personally I would use the other solution as it is three times faster.
  
  This still works but with 4 kills not 11.
  
  When I finished the stories and did the bonus stuff and the deleted scenes for Slayaway Camp 1, I had 550 kills, so it took me about twenty minutes and that was starting with this solution then moving onto the quicker one. It would have taken me even less time if I had used the quicker solution straight away.

  Would like to say a massive thanks for the stat checking trick. Had no clue about this and was about to give up, checked, and I'm at 620. Was definitely a breath of fresh air

  This is my first ever guide and I’m making it because MadMups guide didn’t work for me, for some reason in Slayaway Camp 2 the 3rd scene isn’t Kill and Escape for me, and Grossinator735’s takes too long, so I had to try and look for a different scene that’d work efficiently enough, which I did.
  
  I’m yet to get the achievement at the time of writing but I am making good progress using this solution.
  
  Go to Slayaway Camp 1 deleted scenes and choose scene 7 El Fuego De La Muerte. You can get 4 kills each time you play it and the solution is quick and easy.
  
  Up, down, left, left, up, left, up, right, left, down, and thats it. Very easy and efficient
