Fairly simple, i got it in the first race of the first tournament... Hold cn_B when directly behind an enemy to trample their cart and/or pull up beside an enemy and tap cn_B to ram them, keep doing that until they are taken out.

You will know when the right time to hold or tap cn_B is because the enemy in front or at the side will be outlined.

So basically when you get to the Hippodrome, do the tutorial learn how to attack then do a race. All you have to do is destroy an opponent with one of the methods you learnt in training.

First off you must complete the quest 'Old Times' in order to unlock the hippodrome races (possibly even 'Blue Hooligans' as well)

Go through the tutorial and it will show you how to ram and trample enemy riders using the cn_B button.

Once in your first proper race either ram or trample an opponent in an attempt to destroy them.

Now I want to point out that I actually didn't finish off the enemy that unlocked this for me. I weakened him and then he crashed on his own later so I don't think you specifically have to destroy them. I would try to anyway to ensure the achievement pops.

EDIT: You do not have to complete either side quest, but you may have to at least start the quest 'Old Times'. Thanks to Chameleon 1977 for the comment.

Chameleon1977Just to note: You don't need to complete the side quests mentioned. I'd only just met Apollonius outside the Hippodrome after completing the 'Aya' mission; I'd spoken with the friend to get the 'Old Times' quest but done nothing more and haven't done 'Blue Hooligans' yet, but was still able to go to the Hippodrome door and enter a tournament.
