For example:

Research and build a medium outback exhibit. Adopt 2 male kangaroos and 2 female. make sure one is a very high level(around 13). Fill the exhibit with cleaning stations, feeding stations, toys and decorations.

However, you can do this with any exhibit and any animal that has 3 stars for the exhibit

I have made an exhibit of animals fully happy 4 times on both free play and campaign and still don’t have the achievement, can someone please tell me what I’m doing wrong? Do I have to be on challenge mode?

Yes challenge mode only

I'm on challenge mode and my giraffes are 100% in the green but i still didn't get this. any ideas guys

This unlocked instantly for me as soon as I put a pair of the same animal in my first mini-exhibit.
