Successfully complete the last race in Chapter 3 "Desert Winds" and you automatically get this story success. The main thing here is to sweep the opponents off the road with a takedown. Gather a little Nitro, let the enemies drive sideways next to you and then steer clear of them and use Nitro. This will turn them off pretty quickly.
