How to unlock the Tinker, Tailor, Racer, Fly achievement

    To earn this achievement, all we need to do is modify a live during setup before you enter a race and then win the race.

    To modify a live tuning setup, simply push cn_down while in freeroam, then change any of the options using the cn_RS including stability control then push cn_B to save your settings.
    Keep racing until you get a win, and pop goes the achievement!
