    Start at the Rolling Meadows Bucket List Blueprint Point and set a route south of it running by the Yarra Valley Horizon Festival. This is the exact route I used. Takes a little over 20 seconds to run the route, no speed traps or anything, and it is roughly 0.7 miles.

    Go to a Yara Valley Blueprint Point, I tend to use the Rolling Meadows point just north east of the festival site. Blueprint something quick and easy like the Speed Trap just south of it or a short route. Publish it and then complete it.
    Completing a previously created qualifying Bucket List will work for this. I just completed the one I made for last weeks Forzathon.

    According to Buckswana in the comments just doing a route doesn't work.
    Runner7922 stated in the comments that a route worked for them. So your mileage may vary.
