Grab a Lamborghini of your choice and upgrade it. Then find a Speed Zone you feel comfortable with and complete it 3 times.
If you don't have a Lambo and can't afford one do this challenge:

Thats just that, indeed! You don't even need the 3 stars. Just complete the speed zone and the achievement will unlock!

I can confirm that, I only actually got the 3star time on one of the three attempts and it still unlocked (though quite delayed)

Well that's just awesome. Unfortunately, all four challenges unlocked for me exactly when they should have so i can't even begin to help. Just more #forzathon glitchiness.

I've completed 8 speed zones so far in a Lamborghini Centenarino and still no challenge pop. Wonder if Challenges are taking a day off for MLK? Likewise, I have done well over 20 speed, 20 Awesome Air and won a championship in the same car.. nada.

Note that I have done 275 challenges in this game, so I do understand the basic requirements for these simple ones. They're just not working for me today.

Add: After powering down the box and running FM7 before coming back to FH3, I see it has given me credit for 2 of the 3 for Bullish. Nothing for the other challenges yet though. So maybe it is back on track for now. Anyway, nothing wrong with your solutions. They should stack well enough with this set. FH3 just seems to have inherited some of the recent challenge glitches from FM7.. Never happened before 7 released.

Another add: as with FM7, it seems you have to either power down and/or switch between other apps between glitches. Each time it glitched, when I did this and came back, one more of these challenges broke loose for me. Just one left now.
