  Seems that I had to have my Sim nap (I used a park bench for it) and then push through the 24 hours to unlock this. Had a few attempts at it from starting a new house that didn't pop the achievement.

  Select New Game (Dismiss Tutorial if this comes up).
  
  Scroll right and select 'Open the Gallery'.
  
  Search for 'Basketcase Family +' and download the family made by 'Misier'.
  
  Select 'Place Household' and choose Replace. After this go to the bottom right and press 'Play'.
  
  Next choose 'Willow Creek' & then 'Streamlet Single'. Press confirm to load up the map.
  
  Finally press the Ultra Speed button and the achievement should pop within a few minutes.
  
  Also unlocks:
  

  The Basketcase achievement in The Sims 4 worth 79 pointsHave a Sim get in and out of all primary emotional states within 24 Sim hours.

  
  

  The Introvert achievement in The Sims 4 worth 10 pointsHave a Sim do nothing social for 24 Sim hours.

  
  

  The The Most Interesting Sim in the World achievement in The Sims 4 worth 62 pointsHave a Sim with 12 or more Traits.

  
  

  The Cast Away achievement in The Sims 4 worth 54 pointsHave a Sim reach max level in the Fishing skill.

  
  

  The Games within Games achievement in The Sims 4 worth 46 pointsHave a Sim reach max level in the Video Gaming skill.

  
  

  The Beyond Repairs achievement in The Sims 4 worth 48 pointsHave a Sim reach max level in the Handiness skill.

  Thank you! I had 11 additional achievements pop up from this. Of course it will depend on what you already have unlocked.

  Unfortunately this "basketcase family +" doesn't exist anymore.
  I downloaded a "basketcase achievement" family and got 13 trophies at the start of the game. I tried to see with fast forward but didn't get any more.

  This video guide ill be linking comes from Billzumanati
  If you go to 0:24 of his video and follow along you will download all 9 saves from his tag you will get ALL the achievements from this game. After downloading all 9 worlds you will start a new game, skip tutorial (Select dont ask me again), and open gallery. Hit over to "My library" select "Basket case+", head down to bottom right to place household, replace, select yes, and then hit play. Once loaded select "Willow Creek", from there select "Streamlet Single" confirm and then play. As you've loaded in you WILL unlock the All Nighter achievement and as you're fast-forwarding you will also unlock "Introvert", "The Most Interesting Sim in the World", "All Nighter", "Basketcase", "Games Within Games", and "Cast Away"!
