  I got this achievement fairly easily once I knew what to do.
  
  Make or move into a household and kill off the desired sim (drowning, electrocution, starvation, ect.)
  
  Stand by the Grim Reaper and wait for him to turn the dead sim into a tombstone or urn. This will allow interactive prompts.
  Give a friendly introduction and tell him a funny story or two. The Grim Reaper will eventually remove all queued interactions and disappear.
  
  As soon as he leaves, call him up on your phone and go to your computer to chat with him. After a few ingame hours of computer chatting, my achievement popped.

  if just looking for the achievement itself, the sims 4 community has families you can download from the gallery that already have the conditions to unlock this met (or just about to be met), so that is the quickest option available

  Select New Game (Dismiss Tutorial if this comes up).
  
  Scroll right and select 'Open the Gallery'.
  
  Search for 'Grim Reaper Family' and download the family made by 'Misier'.
  
  Select 'Place Household' and choose Replace. After this go to the bottom right and press 'Play'.
  
  Next choose 'Willow Creek' & then 'Streamlet Single'. Press confirm to load up the map.
  
  Finally press the Ultra Speed button and the achievement should pop within a few seconds.

  This video guide ill be linking comes from Billzumanati
  If you go to 0:24 of his video and follow along you will download all 9 saves from his tag you will get ALL the achievements from this game. After downloading all 9 worlds you will start a new game, skip tutorial (Select dont ask me again), and open gallery. Hit over to "My library" select on "Grim reaper family trophy", head down to bottom right to place household, replace, select yes, and then hit play. Once loaded select "Willow Creek", from there select "Streamlet Single" confirm and then play. Once loaded in hit to fast forward if you haven't unlocked the achievement already and then BOOM achievement unlocked!
