    TheOnlyMattodon't rush it like i did. the check point half way through causes you to auto incognito/cover against a wall. had to quit and resume as to not mess up achievement. ty for video all your spots worked. plus one

    LittleBlueTrollI accidentally hit the cover button right near the start near the blue truck, I deliberately failed to restart at the first checkpoint, then after doing it successfully it didn't pop. I can only assume you have to restart the case?

    Dit BoeseI just got this achievement. She spotted me shortly before I reached the statue; I hit the A button to keep on playing; Phelps was in cover behind a brick wall; I left the case. When I re-entered, I was back in the hotel room before the questioning. This time she didn't spot me and the achievement popped.

    I dont know where exactly that "check point half way through" mentioned by TheOnlyMatto is located, but as long as you haven't reached the statue when you are spotted, you should be able to get this by exiting and reloading without having to restart the complete case.

    My RingtonesExtremely Glitchy achievement I'm now on my 17th attempt at this and I don't know if this is possible at this point. Don't know how many more times I'm going to restart the case before dropping the game.

    CassieSandraIt is subtle, but like Mr. Ringtones didn't get it the first 2 times I tried and didn't get caught. One thing to keep in mind is the third time was the charm. Do not go incognito at the beginning, despite what the description says. Then the achievement unlocked when I saw Roy again at the end of the alley.

    Baby SheamusHere's my experience with this:
    - Got spotted very quickly, so I quit L.A. Noire.
    - Reloaded, then did the whole section without being spotted or using cover. The achievement didn't unlock.
    - I finished the rest of the case, and it still didn't pop.
    - After the next case started, I quit the game, reloaded, and the achievement popped.
