I wasn't quick enough to get to this earlier in the day and had only a Silver run at this point (less than 430 seconds) and that shows how far I had to go until I hit this one.

My Silver Run had a time of just over 360 seconds. It had an error or two in it, but there weren't major screw-ups during it.

In general, you need to know your path and timing for every level. Each level (besides level 1 occasionally) has identical starting positions and thus you can do the same patterns from that start. Each mistake can completely change that possibility.

In general, the broad tips I put in my completion guide still hold here:

Just some extra things to keep in mind:

- Levels 1 through 6 need to be perfect. Extra cycles through the platform motion here will only serve to mess you up and waste time. You'll need to the extra precious seconds on level 7 through 10.

- Level 7 is the first one where I've found myself improvising more than having a set path. I need to get it consistent probably to get down another 30 seconds. The hardest part here is the sets of 3 platforms stacked on top of each other. There are two of these and it can be a real pain.

- Level 8 can be quick, but the small platforms require great timing. Practice your landings. I lost a lot of time here on my Silver run. Doing better probably would have shed more than 15 seconds off my time. Keep in mind that even though it was slow, I didn't actually die or fall all the way to the bottom here.

- Level 9 is fairly straightforward. The fast mid-size platforms in the middle can be a little annoying. Just make sure to be on the opposite far side of the platform you want to move to and you should be able to make the move. Towards the top, consider landing on the stationary single blocks towards the sides. Finally, the long platform at the top is close enough to just barely land on the level exit. You don't need to time the jump to the small block. There is a way to clip onto the exit from the larger platform. This saved me loads of time on my silver run.

- Level 10 is also not too bad (Levels 7 and 8) really give me the most trouble right now. There is a lot of time to move up the level and make safe jumps. The hardest part really is the last set with the 3 small moving blocks. It can be timed to move directly from the large platform to the exit, but it might be better to get onto one of the smaller ones. Pick your shots and don't risk it.

Like I said, 330 seconds is amazingly fast. If you're not hitting early cycles on platforms, you'll find yourself way behind a pace to reach this one. Build up to this one though. By the time you're hitting the Bronze and Silver achievements, you'll start to see what a Gold for this achievement will require. Don't jump directly from finishing to here. Just continue to refine and learn the levels and you'll get closer to this. (Just for an idea though, my silver run was probably my 100th or so total at least).

My times (cumulative for all levels):
Level 1 - 5
Level 2 - 15
Level 3 - 45
Level 4 - 72
Level 5 - 94
Level 6 - 140
Level 7 - 176
Level 8 - 235
Level 9 - 296
Level 10 - 329.5 (just under the wire)

My level 8 was a little slow in there with jumping between squares, but the others were very, very tight and precise the whole time. Getting the timing down is going to be the key.

What really helped me get some earlier cycles was risking jumps at the edges. For a silver, you can focus on safer jumps when the two platforms are moving towards each other. But when going for gold, I began to risk more jumps when the direction of the two platforms were the same. This can be really hard to hit the wall and land on the upper platform without messing up and falling to the bottom. Practice makes perfect to really get used to this.
