For this achievement you must complete everything inside the Walls-of-the-Ruler fortress. the main objectives are: kill the commander, kill the two captains, and collect the six treasure. the earliest you can attempt this is during the main mission when you are tasked to assassinate the three targets at the start of the DLC. if you didn't complete all the requirements during that mission, you can return to the fortress and grab/kill what you still need.

*For those who are missing treasures, one is in underground passageway (use senu to find the entrance) as for the other five, I apologize but I can't pinpoint their exact location my only advice is to use senu as much as possible while inside the fortress you can tell when senu is close to a treasure is while in hover mode you'll see a white outline it means you close and by looking around (still in hover mode) you'll get the treasure icon pop up and try to mark the position using senu.

MichalKVFor some reason this did not pop up for me until I synchronized the nearest sync point. Might be helpful for someone who is waiting for this to pop.

tashonixFor anyone having difficulty locating the treasures (Senu will find them, you may just have to do a few passes from different directions), here's a rough guide. All of these directions are based if you are looking out over the compound from the tower where you meet your fellow Hidden One to start the main quest relating to the fort (which I recommend you wait and do so then you don't have to go back!!)

    - One treasure is in the very far left corner in the furthest tower in that corner (a room filled with various weapons, it's against the far left wall).
    - Two treasures are in a first floor officers type room, again in the left hand corner of the fort, beside the training area where you'll find the commander/captain. (Note: This commander/captain can't be instantly killed with the hidden blade, if you're struggling spam him with fire bombs from the roof as he can't see you)
    - One treasure is in the officers tent in the middle section of the fort, look for an area filled with red tents and it's in the largest one
    - One as mentioned above is in an underground passage, look for the entrance under a set of stairs on the right hand side of the fort (outside the wall), around the middle
    - Finally there is also one in a two level building towards the front of the fort, on the right hand side. Look for a building where you need to enter the upper level via a wooden balcony, the treasure is on that upper floor

There is also a side quest that will pop inside the fort once you have completed the main quest, so as I mentioned at the start I found it best to leave this fort as part of the main mission, kill everyone and then it was very easy to find all the treasures to complete the location and then complete the side quest inside as well.

    Hope that helps!

Ink SplittersWhile I was looting the treasures the commander dissapeared from the camp, he hasn't showed up since one hour, I don’t know what to do.

Edit: 3 hours later he decided to come back, he arrived from the west entrance of the fort at night time.

KennyannydennyI had the same as Ink Splitter. I killed everything in the fort, but the commander was missing. So I went out the west gate after reading his comment, and yes, I find him there being murdered by two rebels. When the rebels killed him, my location got completed and I got the achievement smile Thanks Ink Splitter!

b0omhauer007The commander would not appear for me so i had to fast travel to Egypt and then travel back to Sinia and he then was at the camp for me.

    OvidicSame glitch, different solution!
In my case, when the commander disappeared, the "Operum Tuorum Gemma Castra" fort got repopulated for some reason. Killing (again) the commander from here unlocked me the achievement.

USAF Venomb0omhauer007's solution worked like a charm for my glitched commander! Thank you everyone!
