All three of these targets are encountered during the main story line of “The Hidden Ones” DLC and can’t be missed.

Tacito can be found at the Quarry during the main quest “Where the Slaves Die”

Ampelius can be found at the Walls-of-the-Ruler during the main quest “The Walls of the Ruler” and is disguised as a Captain/Commander. Senu won’t be able to locate him for you. Additionally, completing this entire location (i.e. killing the other Captains and Commander and locating all 6 Treausres), pops the Achievement “Walls of the Ruler”

Ptahmose can be found during main quest “The Setting Sun”
