  This is story-related and only appears after you complete:
  "The Land of Turquoise" - level 38
  "Where the Slaves Die" - level 39
  "The Walls of the Ruler" - level 41
  "The Setting Sun" - level 43
  "No Chains Too Thick" - level 43
  "Sic Semper Tyrannis" - level 45
  The final mission is "The Greater Good" - level 45

  Minor spoilers version (with video)

  *** Spoiler - click to reveal *** When you meet your Hidden brothers in Sinai and learn about General Rufio and his 3 evil underlings, you'll have to assassinate those 3 to get to Rufio:
  Tacito - "Where the Slaves Die" - level 39
  Ampelius - "The Walls of the Ruler" - level 41
  Ptahmose - "The Setting Sun" - level 43
  
  They will net you this other achievement

  The Secret Achievement achievement in Assassin's Creed Origins worth 46 pointsContinue playing to unlock this secret achievement

  
  Then, you must complete "No Chains Too Thick" where you meet with your Bureau and plan your hit on Rufio and some subsequent extra stuff I won't spoil.
  
  Then you must complete "Sic Semper Tyrannis" where you finally take out Rufio.
  
  Then you get the mission "The Greater Good" where you must have a 'little chat' with Gamilat.

  How come you have to kill the 3 guys to get progress for this mission, yet more people have this cheevo than the other one?

  That's a good question. I can only offer a possible reason of maybe the Surgical Strikes achievement didn't pop yet for them; or they got a lucky glitch. Not sure.

  Surgical strike is apparently bugged. Allegedly if allies kill one of the targets it won't count.

  Not true. Rebels killed my 2nd target, and mine popped.

  I finished the quest but no pop, i tried to refresh the quest with "Y" and still nothing.
  Do i have to restart a new save and redo the quest ?

  Try going to Xbox menu > My Profile > Gaming > Achievements > AC Origins
  
  Sometimes doing this for some games (like Halo 5 mp achievements) will force an achievement to pop that you've met requirements for but didn't pop.

  Unfortunately it didn't work for me and I had to restart the dlc to get the achievement, thanks anyway for the tip !
