  In order to gain this achievement, you must capture the Prism Hercudrome. This creature is Endemic Life available on many of the areas within the game, but it will only spawn at Dusk or Dawn. In order to change the time of the day, just keep playing the game, and travel between Astera and your expedition until you get dusk/dawn. Endemic Life cannot be killed, and can only be captured with a capture net.
  
  They only spawn in specific spots, but the best areas to find them is in Area 2 of Ancient Forest or Area 10 of Wildspire Waste. They will spawn on a specific large tree, barely move, and are easily caught.

  I don't know if there is another spot in Ancient Forest based on what you said in the written part, but the area you showed in the video is Area 1 of the Ancient Forest not Area 2.

  Start an expedition or any other activity which lead you in the ancient forest. Go to this position in the video / picture on Dusk/Dawn (The bug only appears on this time!)
  

  

  
  You will see a bug on a tree. This is the "creature that glitters like a rainbow" for the achievement. There are more locations in the world for this bug. This is the first available location. Equip your capture net and catch the bug for the achievement.
