How to unlock the Monster Slayer achievement

    This achievement, along with it's 500 hunts version, can be done with ease once you have upgraded your equipment enough to the point where you slay the Great Jagras within 30 seconds to a minute

    HamsterLVConsidering that for completion you will need to hunt A LOT of monsters, grinding this just for this achievement does not seem like a smart thing to do.
    Plus, I was hoping for some information on how to know how many monsters I have killed already and if captured monsters also count toward this achievement. Not a very helpful guide to be honest.
