  you will awake on a couch You are questioned by Legrand and MUST piece the sequence of events correctly. The correctanswers are:
  
  1, The shot came from the tape.
  2, Audiotape in the medical facility.
  3, The doctor in the cabin.
  4, I can only speculate.

  i chose doctor in the medical centre (not sure if doctor in cabin was one of the choices) and still got this achievement

  I got a bunch of answers wrong first time but the achievement still popped thankfully. I think as long as you found the secret that gives you the option of an answer you will eventually choose it and get the achievement even if you don't choose it right first time.
