  there are several ways to get a ultimate skill chain but i've you want a ultimate skill chain you need 20.000 points without the multiplier
  
  1) you create your own bucketlist challenge (preffered near the highway)pick any fast car before you create the bucketlist then you get a menu of which challenge you want to do pick route then put the waypoint somewhere far away and set traffic on OFF!!! now drive on the higway and stop the skillchain when it's more then 20k without the multiplier and drive back until you have done it 5 times and quit the bucketlist

  Why do i need 1 of those you ask you dont need those but it will make it much more easier to get a ultimate skill chain because these cars have skills boost so you get more points for the same actions.
  
  so i've you got one of those HE cars just follow step 1 and your banking ultimate skill chains in no time.

  A skill chain becomes Ultimate when the total, before the multiplier, hits 20,000. For instance 20,000 x3.2 is an Ultimate. The multiplier doesn't matter.
  
  If you go for this in an area with jumps you can combine these:

  Grab a Skills boost HE car if you have one. Either way, head out west to the coast. Between all the small bumps giving you Air skills and the foliage giving you Wreckage skills, plus all the combinations, this should go quickly. Just get to 20,000 then stop and bank it and repeat.
