    Alright so I got this achievement by accident in conjunction with another achievement. I was trying to pick pocket a man and he saw me, reported to the guards and I got arrested. I was put in jail for five days (I did also tackle the man with cn_LT when he first tried to run and tell a guard)

    Be aware that I was already below nourishment 50 (the value you need to be below to be starving) when I was arrested and I imagine they just didn't give me much food.

    Regardless this achievement popped for me in tandem with
    Kingdom Come: DeliveranceConvictThe Convict achievement in Kingdom Come: Deliverance worth 21 pointsSpend three days in prison.

    Housin 2203I believe so. Otherwise I'm certain you would die before the 3 days are up, even with the anorectic perk. If anybody reading this has definitive proof please let me know.

    AtsumerI can now confirm that you may eat food as long as you don't exceed 50 nourishment. I did this from the very start of the game - eating carefully as I played and the achievement popped just after the end cutscene after returning to Skalitz during the prologue.

    The description for this achievement is misleading. The actual unlock condition is Have 50 nourishment or less for a total of 72 in-game hours (does not have to be in one sitting).

    Achievement progress is cumulative, so this can be done over the course of the game, by just being a bit reckless with your food intake.
