This is earned after you collect all the minikits and complete the level. You can quit out once you get the 10th minikit. Here is a video walkthrough below:

1 by waterfall in foreground at beginning
2 4 golden alligators use heat beam 1 as you are hopping over platforms in first area, 1 in lower 2nd area, 1 below 3rd satellite, 1 by drill
3 2nd part telekenisis by firesprayer enemy to dig spot, time travel to dig spot
4 2nd part of level after getting first satellite up, fly to the far right by the gate to first part
5 under 2nd part of level, fly down to it
6 3 stark industry boxes to telekenisis on, one far right of first part of level, 1 by minikit 5 1 to the left of the rhino
7 use captain america to put out 2 fires, then create shield throw panel
8 use vibranium turret to shoot the floating box that comes out after you destoy wall for kit 7
9 in back where the drill came from
10 use iron fist on the red dragon to ignite the flame, build the kit
