The Elite wiki has a list of known megaships:

For this achievement, you are going to need to equip a hatchbreaker limpet control module and buy a few limpets. Consider equipping a recon limpet control module too and kill two birds with one stone by getting the achievement for using a limpet to hack data at the same time.

I used the Bowman class science vessel ZZW-101 which jumps weekly between Asgaa, Dagr, CN Bootis, Tiris, Cantjarisni and Sveinbarn. At time of obtaining the achievement on 27/2/18 it was in Tiris. I assume that it jumps each Thursday when the server does its weekly update.

The ship is essentially the Discovery from 2001: A Space Odyssey (presumably named after Dave Bowman). Since Hal isn’t going to open the pod bay doors for us, we’ll have to use hatchbreaker limpets to do it ourselves!

On jumping into the system, the ship will show in the system list on the left panel. When you drop out of supercruise, you need to scan it with the datalink scanner. This will identify various sub-modules, one of which will be the cargo bay. Select it and scan again - you need to be very close to do so, around 100-200 metres. A further target called "limpet docking port" will appear in the sub-targets menu – select that and fire a hatchbreaker limpet at it.

This will trigger a 300 credit bounty and start a 1 minute 30 second countdown until system authorities arrive. No cause for alarm – the limpet only takes a few seconds to hack once it attaches. It will open the cargo bay door and cargo containers will spill out. A further 300-400 bounty will be triggered. The achievement should pop when the door opens – you do not need to actually pick up any of the containers.

You should also have enough time to get the data hacking achievement at the same time before the cops arrive, but I didn’t try it so I can’t say for certain.

Some megaships have cargo bays and hackable data modules that show as public – on the Bowman class, they showed as being private. I don’t know whether it’s a requirement for the achievement that they be private. If someone wants to try it and comment, I’ll update the solution :)
