  During the start of the game you'll come to a rock with a crow on it, instead of continuing your path to the right go north from the rock and you'll come to an abandoned garden. Keep heading up and eventually the game will automatically stop you and focus on a stranger with pink hair. As soon as she notices you and runs off you'll be given your achievement.

  Hey Guys & Gals!
  I have a 100% Achievement Guide for this game if you prefer a visual!
  
  At the beginning of the game, you will be following a main path, but once you see a big rock with a crow on it, stop and go up north past the rock into a new area.
  Go up a little further and you will see a stranger (Who we need to be dealing with later in the game) for the first time and achievement unlocks.
