To unlock this achievement, you need to unlock stage 11.
Unlocking stage 11 requires you to get a certain amount of stars in previous levels you have unlocked. The maximum amount of stars available on a single level is 3 stars, the minimum is 1 star. These stars are unlocked from time taken, if the level is done quick then expect 3 stars, if it is done too slow, expect 1 star.
