During Quest 1 " Off the Coast of England" In Episode 1 "The Mad Ones" upon entering Lord Mortimer's mansion you will be speaking with George Washington and the Duchess Emily Hillsborough at the fireplace. During this conversation Gregory Holm will walk up and you will be presented with a choice.
You can either remain at the fireplace and speak with George Washington (this will unlock The New Order achievement) OR you can choose to follow Sir Gregory Holm and Cardinal Piaggi into the Small Salon unlocking this achievement.
