This achievement requires you to fire yourself from one of your ship's cannons onto another crew's ship deck. It may take a couple of attempts depending on if the other crew notices you (and sees you as a threat), or you fire and do not land on the ship's deck

First, find another crew's ship - you can sometimes see them when sailing into outposts, though any will do. Once you find another ship, line it up with one of your ship's cannons and drop anchor. If the cannon is loaded (there will be a prompt to unload it if there is), press cn_Y to unload it while looking at the end of it.

Next, look at the cannon's base and press cn_X to set up the shot. Try align the other ship's mast with the centre of your screen. This may take a bit of practice, so don't worry if you overshoot. When the shot is lined up, look at the end of the cannon again and press cn_Y to load yourself in. Press RT to fire.

Hopefully, you should hit the other ship's mast (you do not take collision damage from firing into things), which will act as a barrier, and you will land on the deck.

JestemWojtekI can confirm what JACK O DIAMONDS said - if you're extremely lucky, you may find yourself a skeleton's ship around you - they also count. Initially it approached me when I was docked at an outpost and just stood there - I messed up my shot and triggered them, but eventually I landed... kinda. As in, I didn't really land on the ship's deck, but on its side, but still actually stood on it - it counted.

stlclfgh1I'd just like to add that there's a commendation for doing this 5 times as well. My friends and I were lucky enough to get this in one go when we rolled up on an empty boat (players were on the island). It counts if you shoot yourself from their boat back to yours as well.

Hey Gamers!! Welcome to Sea of Thieves!!

I am including an additional video of a slightly different method to obtain this achievement as I found aiming for the mast was a little inconsistent. dp247 and Maka91 have provided great solutions themselves and I will not replicate his text guide here so please drop them a like!

This is simply an additional method I found to be a little easier by aiming at the captain wheel or the front end of the ship (which includes a little stair that can block you on the sloop!). We found aiming here to be much more consistent than the mast itself.

I hope you find the video helpful!
