  - Once you unlock Hurk Jr. as one of your Specialists, assign him.
  
  - He will be chillin' with you, now just blow up 15 vehicles, they don't have to be manned or even blown up by Hurk Jr.
  
  - So just have him assigned as your Specialist and you will get this in no time

  I had hit a few vehicles and a helicopter before making it to a spawn point but while keeping track of spawned tractors (I hit 11 of them) this popped. So easiest way would be to just go to a garage after obtaining hurk as a specialist and spawning 15 vehicles for him. Based on my head count before spawning it appears as if helicopters (and one would assume planes/boats) don't count for this

  Blow up and repeat 15 times with no issues

  I went to rye and sons aviation and kept spawning in the carmina plane, they all counted up until 93% when 3 more didn't count, I blew up a car nearby and it took about 20ish seconds after I blew up the car for the achievement to pop.
