How to unlock the Ace Killer achievement

    This can easily boosted with yourself at any hangar location on the map. First you'll want to spawn a plane with machine guns on it, like the Carmina or The Wild Goose. Once spawned, move it slightly forward and turn it around for it to face the spawn location for the hangar. Go back to the hangar and spawn another plane. Head your original plane, and destroy the newly spawned plane. Repeat this process until the achievement unlocks.
    You can also use a similar method to unlock:

    phyto12This is the way I did it. Took like 2 minutes. I'm not sure if you're supposed to get in each newly spawned plane and turn it around every time, but I didn't for the last 4 and it kept working. I just kept going to the first plane that I turned around, blew up the newly spawned one, spawned another and went back to the first plane.

    SaracinFound that you can sabotage a plane and then hop into another and as long as you're in a plane when the other explodes you get credit. Don't need to waste time lining up for a shot.

    Kinda like the others mentioned here. Go to Nick Rye's, jump in his plane and take off. While in the air, open your map then fast travel to Nick Rye's. You will fast travel in your plane. This will place you directly at Nick's Gate with another plane parked there, drive your plane through the gate a bit(can be tricky to not hit the gate) and shoot and destroy the parked plane, Fast travel again. Rinse and repeat 10x's. Fast and easy method

    DakotaThriceIf you're having trouble lining up a shot after fast traveling back to the location (there were a few times where I flipped a wing going through the gate and flipped the plane as the game thought I was in reverse and flipped the controls) then it's safe to switch planes and use the freshly spawned one to destroy the one you fast travelled in as neither will despawn at that point.

    For people wanting to do this 'legit', there's a way. Mostly, you won't get credited for air-to-air kills, since you just damage the enemy planes enough so that they end up crashing.

    What you need to do is to take either a plane or helicopter that is equipped with rockets. Then, fly at low altitude along the shores of rivers and lakes looking for seaplanes. If you shoot at them with your cannons, they'll simply sink, and won't count for the achievement. However, if you shoot rockets at them, they will instantly explode, which will count. Finding ten should not take long, even if you choose to save the $1000 reload fee and pick up a new aerial vehicle at a helicopter/plane shop.
