This is some kind of miniwalthrough, to go through all achievements starting when you are in the car.
In the car, interact with the rearview mirror.
Zoom in on the dossier to get to know who to look for. Pick up the car keys and use them on the compartment on the right to obtain a gun. Then pick up the ammo from the dashboard. Open inventory, zoom in on the gun and load it with ammo.
Go out of the car and zoom in on the building and pick up the asmodai token. Also pick up the flower next to red cross, before backing up.
Zoom in to the bottom right of the building and move the Jerrycan aside and pick up the matches. Then shoot the lock and retrieve the shears. Now walk up to the right of the building and pick up the pocket knife. Zoom in on the pocket knife in your inventory and open it.
Now back up and zoom in on the electricity pole on the left. Use the shears on the bush. A minigame will now start, where you will need to move the bars 1 by 1 so you can climb up. (1 on left, one on right one spot higher, one on left one spot higher, and so on). This is easily done in less than a minute:
Then shoot the gun once you aim at the cable to retrieve a cable. Pick this cable up.
Walk up the right again and attach the cable to the bell. Back up and zoom in on the front o =f the car and attach it over there as well. Get in the car, use the car key on the car and start the engine. Then interact with the gearstick, before backing out of the car again. Interact with the puddle for another morphing object.
Now walk up to right and keep interacting with the highest plank to move down. Now move up to the door and use the token on the door for another minigame. First move to the lowest of the two possibilities, then up and to the left, all the way down to the bottom left. (6 green circles by now). Then move up to the right for another 4 green circles. Then down to the right once, and all the way to the left for another 4 green circles. Then right, up, down, up, left and up. Interact with the sword and finish the minigame.
SECRET CHAMBER
Zoom in on the table on the left and pick up the sealing wax. Use the pocket knife on the drawer and pick up another pocketknife and one Mossaic ring. Use the matches on the candles to light them. Now use the sealing wax on the candles. You can pick up another feather behind the golden pots at the top here.
Back up and zoom in on the map above the table. Pick up a paper and a broken mossaic tile. In inventory, zoom in on the broken tile and move all 3 parts. Then fix it with the sealing wax. Back away and zoom in on the coffin on the right to retrieve your 3rd mossaic tile. Now zoom in on the table again and use the mossaic tiles on the item in the center. Now move the outside ring first to match it up with its surroundings, and then the 2 inner ones. Then pick the mossaic tile up and back up.
Zoom in on the mossaic in the back and place the tile in place. Now either play the entire hidding object scene, or do all but one and then press down on the D-pad to switch the pair matching.
GrislyDin has made this awesome screenshot for the hidden object. If you make less than 4 mistakes, find 3 objects in 3 seconds and finish it within a minute, you pop 3 achievements.
If you do all but one, then press down on the d-pad you can go for this achievement. Just match 2 matching items. (hands with handcuffs, dog feet with dog, etc.)
Now pick up the callipers case and zoom in on the dossier. In your inventory, zoom in on the callipers case and open it with your pocket knife. Then pick the pencil and sharpen it with the pocket knife and place it back in place.
You are now ready to do the deductions. (do this without any mistakes)Press down on the D-pad. Move the preacher and the drawing of a human (2 left most items) to the preacher circle. Now place the remaining 3 items in the Where? circle.
Now select the all 3 locations of the Asmodai symbol, One in the Himalaya, one in Greenland and one in the Pacific Ocean. Then select the one in the Himalaya afterwards again.
Now back up and zoom in on the coffin. Use the callipers on the coffin and go to the Karakorum map. Grab the Callipers and start looking for the 3 symbols. They are found in the 3rd row 8th column, 4th row 4th column and 5th row 5th column.
Now switch the Callipers to number 3 and select the symbol on the left.
Change to 5 and select the symbol in the center.
Change to 8 and select the symbol on the left.
This is the end of the trial, and thus the end of my solution. I hope it has helped.
