    In this video, I collect all Hearts, Items, Tentacles, Coins and complete the game with 110%. The collectibles start at around 15:25 in the video, the start shows how to beat the game in 16 runs with no snake kills

    The description is misleading as you can actually beat the game with anywhere from 100-110% and get this. you don't necessarily need all Items, Coins and Hearts.

    After this video, you should be only missing the achievement for beating Second Run mode.

    The Last RascalDon’t be a dummy like me. After you get 100-110%, don’t forget to go flush the sword down the toilet again.

    wildwest08I didn't need to beat the boss again. I beat the boss in a normal playthrough, got all the items after, then just flushed the sword again and got the achievement
