Start Time Attack mode (Insert a credit (cn_Y by default) and hold A and B when you press start (cn_Xcn_A + cn_start by default)).

Then once the game starts hold A and B (cn_Xcn_A by default) and input,

down, down, up, up, down, up, up, down, down, up, down, down, up, up, down.
