  Start the winching challenge by speaking to your helicopter pilot.
  
  Simply winch up the three iron crates and place the tank on top (within the boundary) and place the arget crate on top. Bet lots of money as well as all three levels are simple and it will give you plenty of money back.

  Once you can buy your own helicopters, you can also grab crates from the stadium just south of the PMC. Lug three of them back to the spot where the challenge appears and stack them BEFORE you go talk to Ewan and when you start the challenge, they'll still be there, so all you have to do is grab the toolbox and set it atop. This is also a really easy way to make millions fast (toward the Billionaire Babies achievement), as the minimum wager goes up as your wealth does. Once the minimum wager is over $5 million (the maximum you can manually set it to), you get increasingly larger sums of money for completing this challenge every time you do it because your cash keeps increasing.

  All you really need to do is grab the toolbox, fly directly up so that you remain in the target range, then drop it from ~200M up and you'll pass.

  You must recruit Ewan before you can earn this achievement. Don't worry about the clock too much, since you should have plenty of time. Get in either Castro Transport (it doesn't matter which one you get it) and fly it over to the items near the toolbox. DO NOT STACK THE VEHICLES ON TOP OF EACH OTHER, THEY WILL EXPLODE!!! Smart enough to just avoid the vehicles all together and focus on the large storage crates over to the side. Just stack all three within the boundaries (near the toolbox) and then fly the toolbox up to the top. If you do not know how to pick things up, left on the D-Pad deploys the winch. Once the winch is out, fly and touch the winch near the center of the top of whatever item, then fly it where you want and press left on the d-pad again to release it. As you will lose money if you fail, then you might want to get a helicopter outside of the challenge and practice picking up items. You can pick up anything from fueltanks and trucks to one of the hardest, motorcycles with people on them (you grab their head) unless you can pick up pedestrians, I'm not sure if you can. Once you have the hang of it, you can bet the maximum you can on the winching challenge each time and win a ton of money (possibly earning the Tattoed Millionaire achievement if it does not glitch) while getting Balls To The Wall.
