Story related and cannot be missed.
At the start of the game, you begin in a church. After you leave the church through the exit to the right, continue going right and you'll soon see a door with an open gate in front of it. Enter the door with
and
. Go all the way to the right and talk to the dark haired man at the desk. Go through the dialogue, selecting "I'm going to sign-up for the course" when prompted so that you can start your own religion. He'll ask you some questions for his form, so just reply "Agatha Knife" for the name, "At the butcher's" for where you live, "Seven" for your age, "Insomnia" for illness/allergies, "I like the smell of blood" for drink/smoke/take drugs?, and then you can end with "I've had enough of talking" to finish the conversation. He will then place the registration form on the front left corner of the desk for you, so pick it up with
and
.
Go left to the brown confessional booth and start conversation here by using
and
on the booth. The voice will tell you to leave the registration form in the tray. A tray slot will then open on the left of the booth, so put the form into the tray (open your inventory with
, select the form and then select
on the tray). After the dialogue, you can exit this room on the left and go back to the church by walking left. Once inside the church, talk to your Mom (blue hair) with
and
and select "Let's go back to the butcher's." Your Mom will agree and you'll automatically return to the butcher's shop.
