  In "Step by Step," collect all collectibles during the cross ladder section.
  
  At the end of the step by step challenge, there's gonna be a two crossed shape ladders with coins at certain heights which you need to collect them all. Achievement pops if all coins is collected.

  Got this with two attempts. Honestly, don't bother with positioning yourself with the ladder. Just jump for everything.

  At the very end of the Step by Step challenge there are two cross-shaped ladders that go right to left with coins at certain height. you must collect all the coins during this section and after collecting the last coin the achievement will pop, if you miss one there is a check point before jumping on the first cross-shaped ladder. also above the first cross-shaped ladder there are two coins and two diamonds to get these you must ride the first ladder all the way to the end of its track and it will roll back you must climb to the top ladder and jump off to collect them don't worry though the ladder will return back. the reason why decided to mention these four is because i don't know if they count for the achievement I decided to go after them to be on the safe side. Just keep in mind on how many lives you once you reach this section because I died a lot in the second of the cross-shaped ladders

  I meant the leftmost collectible of the 4 on the top. Sorry that it's hard to explain without video. Basically I can consistently:
  1. Ride the first cross ladder through the first cave, getting all coins.
  2. At the end of the cave, jump back up to the left to get above the cave.
  3. Move left to pick up the 2 diamonds and 2 coins.
  4. Move right and wait for the ladder to come back and be moving right.
  
  Unfortunately, I don't know if those 4 collectibles are needed or not. Like you say, better to be safe.

  Yeah, you just need to position yourself on the ladder end that's highest up in the air when it passes the large gap before the items up top. The jump is a little tricky so I understand just waiting for the ladder to go back to be safe but I just wanted to mention that it is possible to get them all in one go.
