How to unlock the The Purge achievement

    Actions
    To get the The Purge achievement in State of Decay 2 do the following:

    Infestations are shown on your map and mini-map as green, infected looking houses or other structures. When you approach them you'll see HUD information telling you how many regular zombies and screamers are present.

    Prioritize the screamers as soon as you can, or else they'll just keep attracting more zombies (plus their screams immobilize you if you're too close when they start shrieking). Like hordes, infestations are quite common so this shouldn't take too long. When you've cleared out ten of them, this achievement will unlock.

    Reborn InsanityI found the best way to take care of infestations is to get a sturdy vehicle, drive outside the infested house and start honking your horn. Most, if not all the zombies invluding the screamers will come outside. Proceed to mow them down with your vehicle to get rid of the infestation with minimal risk to your character.

    I haven't tried it yet, but I'm sure you could sort of do the same thing using a noise maker and some explosives.

    Shown in the video @8:30 "Sorry for Party Rocking" for 10 GS

    For this achievement you will have to Destroy 10 infestations and you will unlock the achievement.

    Definition
    Infestations are a group of zombies residing permanently in a building marked on your minimap as a red house after discovery. The group of zombies usually consist of 8 or more zombies including 1 or 2 screamers.

    Strategie
    Explosives are a great strategie, just open the door and throw them in. You car is a very safe way of disposing of them as well. Open the door get back in your car and just drive over them as they come out. No matter what strategie you are using make sure you always take the screamers our first! If you do not they will attract more zombies with there screams.

    Finding an infestation
    Infestations can be located by surveying an area or by driving/walking past an infested building. They can also be part of search and destroy missions.
