  Go to Admin Panel
  
  Spawn Humanoid tab on the top middle
  Search and spawn Kinscourge
  Kill with sword or kill with all spawned NPC button

  Here is my pacifist speedrun through The Black Keep and then finally killing the Kinscourge WITHOUT Admin Commands.
