Start a world with spawn seed:

Make sure before starting that you have "Show Coordinates" and "Use Experimental Gameplay" in the world options set to ON, and "Activate Cheats" set to OFF.

Move yourself to 539, 63, 31 (coordinate updated: thank you Sashamorning) and just swim around the shipwreck. The achievement will eventually pop once the game realises you've found the shipwreck.

Edit: This was found on version BETA It is possible that there is slight variations in listed coordinates in location due to how the beta works.
