Once you have escaped jail, head left. You will be in front of Club Temba. Take the path north and you’ll be next to the Biko you arrived on. Enter the dark alley to the left of this.
There is a barrel here. You need newspaper and matches to create a fire. This is story related and you can’t progress without doing this.
To get the newspaper and matches, you get them from the first screen on the streets. Use the pickaxe on the newspaper machine to get them, and you’ll get the matches as soon as you enter that screen. Soon as you create the fire for the two men, your achievement will unlock.
