  At the end of a race when scores are shown, individual players will be featured as being/having MVP, most takedowns, longest survive etc.
  
  For this achievement to count, you have to be one of those 5 players but you cannot be MVP.
  
  I found out yesterday when the daily challenge stated "spotlight" and it only counted when I was one of those 5 players at the end but not the MVP. I then checked with the achievement counter and can confirm that MVP does not count as being featured in the player spotlight, but anything else like "highest something" would.
  This may be a bug and could be changed in the future as it somewhat punishes players for being good at the game ;)

  I already have the achievement so I cannot confirm if it has been patched.
  If anyone else gains progress towards the achievement while being MVP I'll update the solution :)

  I've been MVP over 10 times in my last games, this hasn't unlocked, so can confirm MVP doesn't go towards this. Not sure why I wasn't in the spotlight though because in some instances it showed Takedowns and longest lasting/most gates hit and I was well above the two players shown in the spotlight.

  Step 1: Go to custom match
  Step 2: Set the mode to 'Countdown'
  Step 3: Set the event length to 'Short'
  Step 4: Set the difficulty to 'Very Easy'
  
  Once the settings are just right, start the match. You will want to use 'Dynamo' as a vehicle. Once the match has started, you will need to get to max RUSH as soon as possible. With Dynamo, when you activate RUSH you will give boost to your teammates. Because this achievement doesn't work when you get MVP, only when you are in the spotlight. You need to make sure to miss the checkpoints completely and to let your team lose. At the end of the match, you should be in the spotlight for 'Most boost given'. This method only works 8/10 or so times.
