  The Quickest way to get this Achievement is with 2 Ceratosaurs
  Get 2 of them within and enclosure and start chasing them with the jeep so they can start running. Then try to take a picture of the both of them running and that easily goes over 30k
  
  I also had a live feeder and had another picture taken with one of them eating a goat with the other ceratosaur running on the background and that picture was also over 30k.
  
  I believe pictures will become more valuable as you progress thru the game and get other dinosaurs.
  
  Edit: if you can afford to have 3 ceratosaurs this becomes much easier.
