    I have had clarification from the developer regarding this achievement.

    Normal difficulty may just about get you 600,000 points if you kill all enemies and anything else you can find. But the way to guarantee it is to complete the game on Hard difficulty.

    HoHe69It's possible in normal mode...
    I scored 538k in the end but u need rocket, companion, shield and last weapon to max for the most time in last stage roll

    EverStoned77So as I recently unlocked this I have to say that while everything Mr.Beaver says in his guide is accurate, I found it MUCH easier to get on Normal difficulty mainly because it takes a lot more firepower to take down enemies on Hard so it not only gets a lot harder to get through a level but doing it with significant more points than you'd get in Normal mode is IMO pretty much impossible.
    Oh & I got the achievement just as I started the last level & I certainly didn't get 100% kills, maybe 80% when I finally got a powerful enough weapon before that it was more like 70-75%, some enemies are almost impossible to take out so I'd only focus on those if there was nothing else to shoot on the screen ...     ChucklestyleJust unlocked this on Normal.

    120k after 1st boss.
    315k after 2nd boss (I think)
    Popped in 2nd to last level.

    Used the bounce weapon all the way as soon as I had it maxed, had the best mix of coverage and stopping power. Skipped anything that wasn't shield, health, or bomb after to avoid taking damage switching back. Restart if you die so you keep powerups and bombs. Save bombs for world 3, especially as you near 500k so you can spam them then delete this turd.
