From the menu select
Single player
Championship
Edit championship
Push across so that you have Losail highlighted and keep pressing X until there is only 4 races left and then press B.
Start the race & once the gate drops pause the game and retire from event, repeat this 3 more times and the achievement will unlock without having to race.
