Right. So the achievement description changed since before launch. You now have to kill all of these in a single game. Yay for changing achievements with wrong descriptions!
Fortunately there appears to be an easier way of doing this. When you start, hold down  and don't move. kinda crazy, but it works. Eventually, you should be able to get this by dumb luck. (Credit to Nomstuff for pointing this out.)
